My upgrades: cancellation

  Hi there

  I do not want to renew ‘Custom Design’ and ‘No ads’ upgrades which are both due to expire 1 February 2015. Please advise how I cancel both these upgrades and avoid any auto charges on my credit card.

  Hi Jo,

  After looking into your account, I found that the credit card we have on file expired last March so the upgrades will not be auto-renewed. They are both set to expire on Feb 1st, 2015. You will receive emails regarding the expiration. If you would like me to remove the upgrades ahead of time, let me know and I can do this for you.

  Thanks for getting back to me. Yes, please remove the upgrades for Custom Design and No ads only, letting them both expire on 1 Feb 2015.
