My Upgrades did not showing the Re-New Option

    Hello WordPress, I want to Re-new my blog because the site has expired after a year but why I can see Re-new button on My Upgrades page? I wanna use the same URL like before! Txs and please help.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    What is the URL you need to renew?

    You must be logged in as the EXACT account / user that owns the upgrade – it the registration is beyond the grace period you will need staff help to renew it

    I will flag this for staff help in case you need help with the renewal

    Hello imperial1219,

    I have looked into your account. To renew an upgrade you will need to make sure you are logged in as the user who originally bought the upgrade. Your domain is currently in the grace period and can be renewed from the dashboard.
