My upgrades – no update credit card option
-
I have recently been made the owner of my site (a friend originally set it up for me) and have received a confirmation email, but when in My Upgrades the line of links that starts with ‘update credit card option’, ‘enable auto review’ etc. is missing. As such I am unable to renew the upgrades which expire this month. Can this be fixed from my end?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

So it looks like they transferred the blog ownership to you, but not the upgrade ownership.
Can you have them contact us and request to transfer the upgrades? They could post on this thread, that would probably be easiest.

Hi rootjosh
Confirming that I transferred the ourdailywaste blog ownership to ourdailywasteltd from my other user name thejointradioshow.
I can’t find a way to transfer the upgrades (custom design and domain) to ourdailywasteltd.
Can you advise if there is a way to do this myself or does it need to be done by WordPress.com staff?
There’s an option to “Transfer to another site” but this is not what we want to do.

There is a way for you to do it, but at this point it is faster for me to do it myself. And I have done so.
Thank you for taking the time to post.
ourdailywasteltd, you should be good to go. Please let me know if you have any trouble.
