my upgrades problems

    I’m trying to pay the $99 fee for my premium site, but every time I try to click “manage plan” I’m redirected to the “my upgrades” page, which says I have no upgrades yet. Help, please!

    Hi there,

    The Premium plan on the site iawis.org (iawisblog.wordpress.com) is owned by the other administrator on that site. Only the account that owns that upgrade can manage and renew it, so that person will need to log in to WordPress.com and go to the My Upgrades page to take care of that.

    Please let me know if I can do anything more to help. :)
