My Upgrades won't let me ask for a refund – help?

I’m trying to get a refund on a theme I just purchased yesterday, but there is no Cancel button on the My Upgrades page.
I think that I’d read somewhere that I have 72 hours to ask for a refund, but really what I’d like is to try another theme. Time is pressing. No pun intended.

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all of our upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. You can usually request a premium theme refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard

I don’t see any Premium Theme purchases on your account.
Only the user who purchased the upgrade can request a refund.
