My URL is in a doom loop. Please help me get it out of the doom loop

URL is in a doom loop. It makes network requests then cancels them, creating seizure-inducing flashing when I try to access my blog site.

I have reset everything. I have re-entered all instructions as they were posted. I am paying for premium support as well.

Help me get out of this URL doom loop. Thank you.

Update: The seizure-inducing flashes have now stopped. The site allegrajordan.com shows nothing – though there is robust content at allegrajordan.wordpress.com. What happens next?

I am patiently waiting. Perhaps the mapping will emerge eventually. I am grateful for wordpress.com and the awesome power of the Internet. While it’s frustrating when things don’t work out as you thought they would (I never thought a click to update my domain site would set me back a couple of hours and interrupt traffic as it did) I remember getting my own printing press is a huge deal throughout history and for this I’m grateful.

Resolved on my mobile – the issue took several hours but resolved itself. Thank you for your instructions – surprised about the process, but ultimately grateful. At least it works now on my mobile. I believe I’m going to have to clear the cache for it to work on my laptop.

Wait – unresolved on all platforms (chrome, mobile, safari) and back to seizure-world. I have cleared my cache, contacted my domain provider (iPage), checked out the site with MxToolbox.com) and found there’s a certificate mismatch. No resolution, no site and it’s been 24 hours. Challenge: No website visible when I type in my URL and flashing pages though all DNS materials are set correctly. Waiting & contacting the network provider have given no relief.

Now it’s working on all platforms. Quite a miserable 24 hour period, but so very happy it’s set and I will not touch it. For others, I set things up as per the instructions, the entire site was unavailable for 24+ hours and then the situation resolved. Recommendation: set the URL/DNS as the first step as it will take at least a day to get things set correctly. Otherwise you will have a site down and lose traffic. Best wishes to all!
