My url redirect purchase has been cancelled and blocked

Hi,
I purchased a redirect yesterday for my old site http://www.ladybants.wordpress.com to my new self hosted http://www.ladybants.com.

I had issues with my permalinks which was sorted out by wordpress staff simon. However the URL redirection was cancelled and money paid refunded.

I tried paying again but its refused to even take me to the payment page. I have a lot of people landing on this old site while i have new posts up on the new site. Please can this be fixed?

I do see the refund on your account. Can you try purchasing the site redirect through this page:

No it still won’t let me pay even using the link above. I was happy with the momentum I was building and now it’s all crashing

When you say the sites are mixed up, what SPECIFICALLY do you mean by that? Give us exact links, where you’re clicking on things, where you expect to go, and where you go instead. With exact links.

When I’m in my new site http://www.ladybants.com and I click the home tab it takes me to the home page of my old site http://www.ladybants.wordpress.com

When someone types in the old address they don’t get moved to the new site automatically meaning they see a site I haven’t updated for several days.

Even if they land on the new site from any of my new links and use the menu I set up they go back to the old site again

This wasn’t happening for the few minutes the redirect was up.

This is unrelated to the site redirect issue. The problem is the link you are using for your home page is https://ladybants.wordpress.com/ rather than https://www.ladybants.wordpress.com/. If you update the link on your new site you should be ok.

As for the site re-direct, I can add this for you manually. Look for a private e-mail from me with a payment link in the next couple of minutes.
