My username and email address on s.one else’s site???

Hi, there is a site using the same username and email address as mine in her wordpress site. I need information when she created the site and why my mail is there. I can’t believe it is even possible …

Let’s try and clear the confusion here.

@justjennifer explained in the topic which was closed why it was closed. Creating duplicate topics won’t increase your response time and makes it inconvenient to help you, so that topic was closed.Why I should involve the audience, when you have to have a normal support on this site to send our questions to?
By audience, I assume that you’re referring to ordinary volunteers such as myself. Email and live chat support though is exclusive to WordPress.com sites with a paid plan, however you’re welcome to (and you are) using the forums. That will require some patience as it’s not a live chat.

madinova.wordpress.com – this site is private, so only staff will be able to help with most issues regarding it
madlenportfolio.wordpress.com – this site is public and visible, but doesn’t seem to have been updated in a few years
https://wordpress.com/view/madinova.wordpress.com – this is the same as “madinova.wordpress.com”, but only the blog owner (which I’m assuming is you?) can view it through this link

Nobody here can provide the intent of a user who publishes content, that would be highly unreasonable. However, the account which seems to own that website was created on June 21, 2017. That was the first post on that site too.

You do not use the same email address, only one account can be linked to a single email. For the username, your one is “madinova”. Their one seems to be “madlenportfolio”. That isn’t the same.
Could you please clarify what you mean by them being the same? Do you mean that your email is posted somewhere on their site? It isn’t possible for a single email to be linked to two WordPress.com accounts.
