Where are you seeing your “username” and “email address” ? Can you take screenshot and upload to your media?
It will be helpful information for staff to point you in the right direction.

I think @talavernon wondered if you had clicked on https://madlenportfolio.wordpress.com/contact/ where everyone sees their details pre-filled if they are currently logged in to their WordPress.com account.

@madinova, you mentioned the problem is on madinova.wordpress.com, which you can delete if you want to. You seem to have created the site, though, so we are guessing you created it and intend to keep it.
If you’re seeing your own contact details prefilled on some other site’s contact form, that’s normal. You’re seeing that because you are logged in as “madinova” . Other logged-in users will see their own information.
If that is not the problem, and there is some other site out there with your contact information published, kindly send a link to that site so we can investigate.
But please do it kindly. Further abuse of staff and volunteers will not be tolerated.

Can we rewind here. You’ve chosen the weekend to post when there aren’t many staff members online. Can you give some further precise details of the issue you are facing? I assume you’ve read the earlier posts where people have asked if you are just looking at a contact form (where we all see our own details but they aren’t sent out unless we comment and then click “send”) or if you are looking at something completely different. Can you give an exact link to the page on the other site where you are so concerned that you are seeing your own details being displayed.

Talavernon, I need a solution here! I am the victim of this platform and I need an urgent customer care here!!! Is it so difficult to understand? Come on, it is not serious, guys, it is not organic chemistry or PhD in Physic, I’ve placed a simple question here!!! It was not a clever idea to send all your customer care Department on the North Pole for the new Year Eve?

Dear all, thank you for taking time during your holidays to answer me! I was stupid to raise such a theme in the forums, but I couldn’t reach the stuff! I apologize to all of you all and I think the best is to currently delete my account. Honestly I didn’t receive the attitude and the care which I as an user in this situation deserve here. To all who commented on my question, please relax, my hourses are in the stable and God knows what else, but is OK .. Guys, how you create such replies I wonder …But let’s be clear, there was not a practical working result to my question for 2 days, so I give up! You all win! All the people behind these funny forums! … To be honest I am not an internet bug and I have my life, so the reasonable reaction to all this is to delete my site /If I understand how/ .Stay healthy and in shape!!!
