    We really do wish to help resolve intentions and by no intention intend to cause confusion or upset, but that requires a degree of co-operation, kindness and respect so that issues can be resolved in the quickest possible amount of time, as they so commonly are.

    Assuming you mean staff: only those with a blue bar under their profile picture which reads “Staff” are staff. The rest of us are just volunteers.

    Deleting your site will not affect other sites, nor the content on them.

    You own madinova.wordpress.com. You’re in control of the content on that site which you have created. You can delete the entire site if needs be, but it won’t impact the other sites which you’ve linked previously in this thread.

    It was not a clever idea to send all your customer care Department on the North Pole for the new Year Eve?

    WordPress.com staff are located all around the world, and frankly it doesn’t make a difference to the support you’re receiving. Co-operation and kindness would be a lot more beneficial.

    We all want to help resolve issues like this…but the lack of clarification and failure to answer the requests for extra details makes it really difficult to do so.

    I’m a staff member and I want to clear the confusion created in this thread.

    madinova.wordpress.com is already owned by you. By you, I mean the account @madinova you’re already using to contact us here.

    madlenportfolio.wordpress.com is owned by another WordPress.com account that happens to have the exact same name as you. That’s not uncommon here on WordPress.com and on the internet in general.

    Does this clear the confusion? If you have any other questions, just let me know and I’ll be happy to help.
