My username appears on the contact page

  I need to remove my username and url from the contact page. When I click Preview or open my site from another device, my username appears on the Contact page. I had another ticket opened, but it was closed because I never responded. The first service rep gave instructions that did not help, and I did not reply back for additional assistance. Now, I need help. Thanks.

  Are you talking about the Contact Us page on your website? If so, when a logged in WordPressdotcom user visits that page, their own details are added to the form as a time-saver. To a public visitor or a logged-out WPcom user, that form is blank. Log out or open the page in a private browsing window to see this.
