My username is invalid

Hi, the business I work for has a website that is powered by wordpress (www.nellyafencers.com if it matters). Recently the website went down, but we were able to get an archived version back up. I’ve been trying to log in to fix some bugs, but the password I had saved stopped working. When I try to reset it, it says that I’m using an invalid username. How do I get into the account? I need to edit this website, as well as access the forms that are on it. Please help. Thanks.
