My username is not being recognized

  I’m trying to simply log into my wordpress site, and the password I had previously saved for the site was deleted when my cache was cleared. But now, the site is not recognizing my username, email or passwords and I can’t log into my admin site at all. The password reset is not sending me and email and it says I cannot reset the Admin password. Please help!
