My Verification

    Hello, I have received the verification e-mail for my account and have opened the link sent but it still tells me to verify my email and i have waited a fair amount of time and tried multiple times and it still show??!?

    Self-declared URL: wordpress.com/domains/manage
    Jetpack: Unknown
    WP.com: Unknown

    Hi there!

    Sorry to hear that! Do you see any error messages after opening the verification link? I wonder if some sort of browser caching issue is preventing the verification. I checked and found the domain still needs to be verified. I resent the verification link for you. Could you please follow these steps?

    • Log into your WordPress.com account on a different browser than the one you normally use.
    • Copy the new verification link from the email and paste it into the browser you logged into (not your regular browser).
    • See if the verification is confirmed.

    Please let us know after trying the steps above, and we’ll check the status again.
