  My video is not auto starting or looping.
  It was working this morning and now it is not.

  Hey there!

  Your video is looking great :) I can see what you mean, though, about how it’s not autoplaying or looping.

  I’m guessing you may have tried this since you said the autoplay and loop features were working earlier, but have you checked those settings in the sidebar? Instructions for how to do that are here:

  One other possible issue is that some browsers have settings to disallow videos from auto-playing. Could you check your browser setting or let us know which browser you’re using if you’re not sure where to find those settings? That could help in suggesting more next steps.
