Why do my videos never finish processing?

  I have been uploading MP2 files for months without issue. a few weeks ago I sent a few and they never finished processing. I’m tried QT files and WMV and the same issue happens.

  Hi, I see lots of formats uploaded. Some WMV, some AVI, and some MP4 videos. The latest videos all have processed successfully and are working for me. Did it just take a bit for them to process? Do you now see them loading properly?
