Look at
Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades >> See if you can find a Renew Button for both your domain name and Domain MappingYou might still be inside the grace period and able to renew it yourself – if you just slipped out of the grace period you will need the staff to help you
I have also flagged this for the staff to help you

Hi there.
The domain in question was not registered under your user account. Did you sign up that site with another email address/user account? If so, you would need to log in using that account and go to the Store >> My Upgrades page from your site’s dashboard and click the “Renew Now” button.
Let me know if you have any other questions.

Before the domain thetechmessinger.com expired earlier this month, we sent email warnings and displayed notifications on your dashboard.
Domain expiration is a lengthy and complicated process that takes about 80 days. During this time, your domain may be put up for auction or sold on back-order. You can learn more about expired domains here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/
The good news is that you can still recover your domain, as it has not yet been deleted or purchased by someone else. A late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal of $26. This late fee is set by the domain registrar, not WordPress.com.
You can renew this domain and manage all your other upgrades under Store > My Upgrades in your dashboard.
I hope that clarifies things.
