  @onlyilene, I’m not seeing any WordPress.com sites associated with your username. If the site that you are referring to is self-hosted using the software from WordPress.org, the best place to seek help would be either from the quiz service or plugin author, if you are using a plugin for the quiz. For general support on self-hosted WordPress sites, you can post for help at https://wordpress.org/support/ . WordPress.org is not connected with this service, so you would need a separate login account there: https://login.wordpress.org/register
