My visitors can’t view my site

Hello, I created my first blog and I’m using the free trial. I did publish already and they still can’t see my site. It says ‘Oops! That page can’t be found.’ Can someone help? Do I have to pay to have my site viewable?

Do I have to pay to have my site viewable?

No you just need to either publish your front page or set the correct front page at “Design” “Customize” “Homepage settings” and then the oops message will go away.

Thank you ‘themagicrobot’ but since I’m new to this whole thing…I can’t find where I would actually select this setting. I’m currently looking through Settings but don’t see any of the selections you mentioned above.

I’m looking at my Pages and under published I see 3 pages. Under Drafts, I see my homepage. When I select it, it tells me that this page is set as my site’s homepage…..but why can’t it be seen?

  • Please share the site URL in question so we can have a look.

It sounds like you just need to publish that Home Page to remove it from drafts and make it an active page on your site. Give that a try.

Also, double check the settings to see what you’ve picked to load as the front page of the site.

    Set the Homepage
