  I recently set up an account for a website, paid extra for domain and thought my address would be suelillycreations.com instead it is suelillydotcom.wordpress.com, what happened?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  suelillycreations.com has not been registered and is still available for purchase. Probably the purchase process did not go through ? Did you check your credit card to see if the payment went through ?

  Also, your WordPress.com site suelillycreationsdotcom.wordpress.com has been deleted.

  Let me know if you still having trouble figuring it out.

  I did make a payment through paypal. Nothing has been reversed in the payment. I did figure out how to change domain to suelillycreations.wordpress.com. Just trying to figure out what I paid $18 for.

  If you go to your dashboard ->https://suelillycreations.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
  and in the left side menu -> store -> manage purchases

  ‘under manage purchases’, you should be able to see what you purchased. You can read more on how to get to manage purchases in this support document:

  Thank you for all your help today, I do appreciate it. Let me see if I understand this correctly now, the $18 was to purchase the right to suelillycreations.com. To use this I have to upgrade to the $99 premium. Is this correct?

  So did you verify that $18 was for the purchase of suelillycreations.com ? Do u see it under your ‘purchases’ – https://wordpress.com/domains

  or ‘domains’ https://wordpress.com/domains ?

  I really do not think you bought this domain because I see that it is available for registering.

  I will not be able to get into your account and check for you because I am a volunteer here. Someone from staff can do that for you and clarify as to what the $18 were used for.

  When you need staff help you can add “modlook” to the tags side bar here. I will do it for you. Please give some time to staff to help you.
