    My web designer does not know how to make changes in my website and forgot how to get in. Can you give advice on how to go about it?

    Hi there!

    If you’re looking to hire a designer to work on your site traumatherapyweb.wordpress.com, our first suggestion is not to allow them direct access to your own WordPress.com account. This is because they’d then have access to your personal and sensitive account information.

    Instead, you can have them create their own WordPress.com account, and then invite them to your site as an administrator, like this: https://wordpress.com/support/invite-people/
