  I have added 4 pages to my website and they are not showing on my website. Please help me

  I see 4 pages on your site : Home, About Us, Blog, and Contact Us.

  By default the Blog page (Posts Page) is normally what appears at the base address businessexcellence2016.wordpress.com It looks like you’ve opted for a static front page. Here’s instructions on how to set it up: https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/

  You also might want to look at your theme’s Showcase page which has tips for setting up the theme: https://wordpress.com/themes/twentyfifteen/
