  Please my web is enochadeyemifoundation.org and not enochadeyemifoundation.word press.I have paid the money which is 60 dollars but it still asking me to upgrade.

  enochadeyemifoundation.org was purchased through a different WordPress.com account, which is why it isn’t listed in the one you are contacting us from.

  If you received an email receipt for the domain, please try logging in with the email address that was sent to — your domain should be listed on the Manage Purchases page in that account.

  Once logged into the account which owns the upgrades, you can start a chat if you need any further help.
