  Good morning……For some strand reason my web page is down. It is through GoDaddy. I talked to them for a bout 45 minutes yesterday and they finally came to the conclusion that WordPress was not patched through to them. This is odd as I have had the sight for 2 years and up until about 2-3 weeks ago (when I last checked my web page) it was doing just fine?? I am all paid up to date with them…..was there a charge that came through from you that I did not catch?? Anyway if you could PLEASE help me get back up and running that would be awesome……thank you…..Elaine Maddex

  I see your awesome site as being up and accessible. Please check again on your side and let us know if you don’t see it. Perhaps clearing your browser cache might help. Here is a link that can assist you with this:

  Hello there,

  If your site is Hosted with GoDaddy, and not WordPress.com, and the issue as noted by GoDaddy is with WordPress, they are referring to WordPress.org. For help with this manner, you will need to contact support with WordPress.org.

  WordPress.com, is a hosting service for WordPress users.

  Hi @ tessyladyslipper,
  just for clarity’s sake can you confirm a few things

  1. What is the domain/url of the site that you were having trouble with?
  (is it elaineguginmaddex.wordpress.com or another one?)
  2. You bought your domain name through Godaddy?
  3. Your domain is mapped to a blog/site on WordPress.com?
  4. Is your site back up & running?

  If you give us #1 we can check to see where it is hosted.
