I was trying to use different themes on my word press page (themoonstonebookstore.com) and then my page simply disappeared and it says that it is not working when one tries to view it. Is there anyone who can help. Word press was quick to take my money when they wanted it but now there is no one to be found that can help.

Sounds like you actually need help for a WordPress powered site, not a site hosted at WordPress.com. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.
You’ll want to use the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/ for any support on managing your site. Hope that helps to point you in the right direction!
WordPress.com hosting should not have charged you for anything, but please advise if you believe that you also paid here in duplicate to your GoDaddy hosting. The software on your site is free.

As per public WHOIS, your site is hosted with domain control and using free WordPress software. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.
