my web page is blocked

My sons ex wife has removed him as administrator from this website which he and her put together for me in 2010 as a birthday gift. Since there divorce was final in March, she has removed him as one of the administrator’s and she is now holding this site for $3000.00 cash from me or my son. This site has never been maintained by her since the beginning All post and blogs have been made by myself Steve Rinker, Justin Rinker or Jared Rinker (who was the administrator). I have donw loaded the entire site onto a flash drive and I want to shut down the website until i can start a new one myself. I can wait the 30 days with no problem. I have also contacted 1&1 and they have assured me that my domain names are 100% mine and there is no way they can be taken from us, since I have paid for all expenses since setup of this site.
Crystal Dawn Rinker is the current administrator and since i cannot remove her from this site I will delete it in its entirety.
if you can provide any other help and have her removed please let me know
Thanks Steve Rinker -
Hi there!
Can you let us know what the URL is of the site where you’re having this problem? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
Thank you!

Thanks for that! It looks like the upgrades for the account are tied to Jared so if he has the transaction IDs from charges on this account, he can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there including recovering ownership of the site so you wouldn’t need to switch hosting or delete the site.
You can find that form here:
https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
Just have him fill out as much information as he has including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on his bank statement as
WordPressfollowed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:WordPress XXXXXXXXXXYou can read more about what the account recovery process entails here:
https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
I hope that helps!
