my web page is down and show no way to renew

    Need help to restablish my web page urgently.. bluehouseorganics.ca
    I dont understand what happened that it doesn’t show in my site and I dont know how to renew service and get my page back on line ..help me please [staff redacted – removed personal info]

    It sounds like your site bluehouseorganics.ca is managed via a different WordPress.com account, which would be associated with another email email address.

    If that’s the case, I do suggest logging out of this WordPress.com account and logging in on WordPress.com using the account/email address which normally handles the purchases/renewals for your site.
