My web page is not working properly

  My website is not letting me edit it also then I click on customize when I’m in the page it gives me a reload page ‘This page isn’t working’ and when I try to get new plugins the search takes forever and to the point where I give up, I waited an hour and when I update a few plugins it sat ‘Update Failed: Internal Server Error’ please send help
