Hi there,
Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host your site on our WordPress.com managed hosting.
To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.
Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at your current provider. As a result, we do not have access to your site and are not familiar with the source of your issue.
You definitely have the option to move your site to us so we can provide in-house help, but as it stands now, we cannot help since it is hosted elsewhere. The good news is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting
The folks in that forum are more familiar with these kinds of issues and are in the best position to help. Thanks!

Hi, I checked with my host GoDaddy, and they confirmed to me that there is no issue from their side, and it is from WordPress side. Please check and help me. My website has been down for more than 3 weeks, and it is affecting my business.

My website is hacked and HTTPS version of http://www.laurelandtercel.com website is not accessible. I can see from my browser that HTTP is crossed with red line. and I get a message saying that my website is used by hackers. Please fix this issue for me.

Hello there,
I can see from my browser that HTTP is crossed with red line. and I get a message saying that my website is used by hackers. Please fix this issue for me.
This means that there’s an SSL certificate missing, and this would be provided by the domain registrar or GoDaddy, usually at an extra cost – and so we can not help with applying that.
WordPress.com provides an SSL certificate at no extra cost with a plan. https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/https-ssl/
For us to help, it is possible to migrate the site from GoDaddy to WordPress.com, using this plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/
There would need to be a business plan in place:
Once migrated the domain can then be connected to WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/
We hope this is useful information.
