There are often cases when the volunteer like me is unable to help before at least a website URL is known. But the request to provide the address often is left unresponded or takes a long time. So at the end the thread goes down in the Staff queue and the solution delays even more. So I wonder if these threads where volunteers can not help immediately shall be better left to Staff to improve the overall result?
And one more question- is there something that volunteers have to know aboutpresalestag? There is no special chapter about it but it is used quite often. I, as a volunteer, add it where necessary together with modlook, am I doing right? -

No, please reply to these. If the OP responds with a URL you might be able to help before we get to it.
But if we check through the threads later and it’s possible to provide additional info without the OP confirming the URL, we will do that.

Staff is using that tag for internal tracking. You don’t need to worry about it.
