    My annual fees are automatically paid and current in January 2018. What is additional charge for Domain Mapping?

    Could you share the site address?

    If your upgraded plan is paid and current, and you mapped your domain to the site on WordPress.com, could it be the domain is expired with your domain registrar?

    Anyway, please let us know the domain name so we can help further. I’ve also added a modlook tag for Staff assistance.

    Hi there,

    Of what site are you speaking? The account you are using to post here does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com.

    You had a Premium Plan with us, but that expired at the end of June, and was removed from your account on 4 July, along with the domain mapping upgrade for the domain, visitstorybookfarms.com

    The payment you made in January was for an upgrade from Premium to Business, but you cancelled that and had us downgrade you again, and we issued a full refund for that payment.

    To reconnect your domain, visitstorybookfarms.com, to your site, please go to My Site ->Plans and purchase a new plan. Then you’ll be able to add a new domain mapping upgrade at My Site ->Domains ->Add.
