  Hi there. It seems that Annotum is not actually a WordPress.com theme and there’s no WordPress.com support documentation on it. Consequently I’m not sure that any advice we give you here that would normally apply would work for your theme.

  Normally I’d advise you to visit Settings ->General in the dashboard and make sure you have a tagline entered there. I also see what appears to be a tagline. See this screenshot: http://snag.gy/Zf47t.jpg

  wordpress tagline function does not work here

  but it shows up below as you circled when i put it in the first line of text on the home page

  will contact annoyum
