My web went off

Hello. After I upgrade some plugins such as Spektra and Astra, I am not longer able to go on my website because it isn’t working. Than it showed up that deleting Jetpack maybe help. But now I don’t have my web in WordPress web and it isn’t still working. When I try to add my web to jetpack then there is info: Couldn’t connect. Required XML-RPC methods are missing on server.
Please help me.
