Can you please tell me more about how you are trying to access admin? In general, you can go to your site admin using https://maarloew.wordpress.com/wp-admin link.
Let us know the steps you are trying and what happens when you do that so we can move this forward. Also see this guide to learn more: https://wordpress.com/support/dashboard/?_gl=1*1ki5jwq*_gcl_au*MTM2NDYzNjE2MC4xNzY5OTI3MjA4

I’m used to enter by http://www.maarloew.com/wp-admin – but now I meet this text on a white screen:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘)’ in /var/www/rockadhoc.com/maarloew.com/wp-content/plugins/complianz-gdpr/settings/settings.php on line 209
Fatal error: Exception thrown without a stack frame in Unknown on line 0

This is the host WordPress.com not Simply.com. The correct forum for sites hosted elsewhere running the wordpress software is https://wordpress.org/support/welcome/. You’ll need to register an account there as this WordPress.com forum helps with free sites where plugins aren’t allowed and things work slightly differently.
