  My webhotel, UnoEuro, has upgraded to PHP 7 webserver and now I can’t login to my site because I never updated my site!

  How can I get my site back?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello!

  It looks like your site at artsdk.com is using WordPress but is being hosted by UnoEuro. This forum can provide help only for sites hosted by WordPress.COM.

  You question would be better asked at the WordPress.ORG forums, which can provide better support for sites using WordPress on different hosts. They can help you with the more technical aspects and are more familiar with specific issues that come up with different hosts.

  Thanks for your quick reply – however my problem is that I’m completely locked out of my site.

  To be able to post on the org forum I have to login to my artsdk.com site – and problem upon problem – I can’t login so I can’t post on the forum!

  Hi amabdaebsen-

  You don’t have to log in with your website login to ask a question in the WordPress.org forum, you can just create a WordPress.org login here.

  One question, where to do you normally log in to your site? On the UnoEuro site? If so, I definitely would start by contacting them, as they are the only ones who would have any access to your site, since we at WordPress.com don’t have any affiliation with your site, and the people at WordPress.org would only be able to give you suggestions.

  I will go ahead and tag a modlook on here as well, a Staff member may have better insight for you.

  Hi amandaebsen,

  On these forums, we are only able to help with access to WordPress.com sites hosted on our own servers. Although artsdk.com is connected to your WordPress.com account with the Jetpack plugin it has a separate login.

  If you are unable to login or reset the password for your site please contact your hosting provider. They should be able to advise you about the next steps.
