My webmaster had change my status form Admin to Shop manager!!!!!!

Hi :-) I need your Help. I got some problems with my webmaster. We got discussion about payments ( website is fully payed, the SEO not – the last bill came oktober 10th). Because i didn´t have answer his email for a little bit, he change my status from Admin to shop manager!!! I can not work on my OWN sites, and slowly i´m scary that he can shut down my site anytime because i don´t have the login data form the server where my website is. How can i got my Admin status back, and the Server Login Data too??

From the information you shared, it seems its related to self hosted site.
Please share the site URL, if this is regarding to any other site which hosted on wordpress.com?
This is a public forum which provides support only for the sites hosted on WordPress.com.
I am still adding the modlook in the sidebar to get some staff attention to confirm things better but for that you must share the site URL?

@tarunvijwani is correct – this sounds like a self-hosted site and we unfortunately do not have access to the backend of self-hosted, WordPress.org sites. If it your account information on the hosting account, I would try to contact them and see if they can assist you in this situation.
