  Hi @garyworthy, these forums are actually for the sites hosted on our servers. Our installation can be quite different from what you have as your own WordPress installation at another host.

  If uploading a different theme does not help, I’d recommend checking the support forum here:
  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
