  Okay, that site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but is hosted at SiteGround.com. You built that site using the open source WordPress software that’s made on WordPress.org

  It looks like your domain doesn’t have any name servers set, and Whois shows a domain status which indicates the domain may be suspended. As your domain is registered through SiteGround, they’re the only people who’ll be able to help you fix this, so please contact their support directly.
