My Webside not available in WordPress

    Hi Team,

    I cant open my Webside ‘https://skintime-aachen.com/’ to modify it.
    Under https://wordpress.com/customize/skintime-aachen.com I get the Message: You don’t have any WordPress sites yet.

    That site belongs to a different WordPress.com account.

    Thanks, MacManx,

    I dont understand “different Acccount”. I am logged in as “polygonium2″ with Mail Address ” (email visible only to moderators and staff) ” and I can see the link to MY Website “https://skintime-aachen.com/” :(

    I will check the link you provided to reset PW or Account. Let’s see. I will let you know.

    Where can you see Information the Site belongs to different Account?

    All the Options in the Link helps to reset my Account or Password but Password and Login works – only to reach my Website to modify it, doesnt work :(

    You are logged in as polygonium2, yes, but polygonium2 is not the owner, nor even a user on the site, https://skintime-aachen.com/

    You’ll need to log out of the polygonium2 account, and log back in using the username of the other account you used to create that site in order to make changes to it.

    If you don’t remember the correct login details for the other account, please follow our account recovery process at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

    We cannot provide you with any information about the other account without verification of ownership, and we cannot do that verification here in the public forums.

    Where can you see Information the Site belongs to different Account?

    staff-blorbo who replied to you above and I are both WordPress.com staff, and have access to internal account information, including being able to see which username accounts own which sites, and the polygonium2 username account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites on WordPress.com. This account has never owned any sites with us, and appears to have been mostly inactive for the past six years.

    You’re seeing https://skintime-aachen.com/ under the Web Address field in the account settings page because you added it there on 25 October last year. All that field shows is what URL is linked to your username, and you can add any link you want there. Having a link appear there is not an indication that your account owns that site.

    To reset the password you’ll first need to log out of this account. And then you’ll need to use the username or email address associated with the other account, which are not the same as the ones you have for your polygonium2 account.
