  Woodpress charged $300 to our paypal account and we did not authorize this transaction. The customer service I received from a rep and team lead months ago caused me to not want to do business with wordpress anymore. I was sent an email 3 days ago regarding i needed to renew by 9-9-19 or my website will be shut down, but I advised the team lead/manager I would not do business with you all anymore. I need my money refunded back to me.
