My Website
-
Hello! I Migrated my website from HostGator.com to Google a few days ago. I installed All in one plugin, paid for a unlimited extension service fee which was $98/month, and imported my site to google. However, after the import, the system showed that my password to this account will be updated, I clicked on ok… then my website just disapeared from wordpress. I imported the whole site to google wordpress. I hope you will be able to find it for me. The domain is: thetruthishope.com and IP address is: http://35.232.135.11

You created this account at WordPress.com a few hours ago but your site isn’t found on WordPress.com servers. Log out and log back in to the correct server with your correct credentials: http://35.232.135.11/wp-login.php

I could only login to wordpress account, not to the wordpress dashboard to edit my website. The system does not allow me to. It kept telling me that my ID ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) could not be recognized, and my password was wrong.
You said that “created this account at WordPress.com a few hours ago” under the address http://35.232.135.11/wp-admin. Actually, before this one, I imported an entire site to wordpress before Christmas, the site address was: 34.69.154.232. The one you saw that I created a few hours ago was a second try, because I just changed the IP address, try to re-do the website.
However, if the old version will not be able to found, I can start to build on with the new IP (http://35.232.135.11), but can I still have the service that I have paid to wordpress for the unlimited extension ($98)? Or do I have to paid for another unlimited extension? My domain will still be the same: http://www.thetruthishope.com.
Thanks!
Sharon
