  hello, my name is liana. I would like to know if you are able to help me?
  I have a website called http://www.seohustler.live and I have been trying to log into the word press account, the details that the web designer game me are as follows:http://seohustler.live/wp-admin/
  User: admin
  Password: [redacted by staff]

  I have not been able to gain access as yet to the website. Please can you tell me if you still have it and what the details are for it as I cannot gain access. I would like to look after the website myself and i do not want anyone else to have access. Please help me! I really need your help.

  NEVERpost sensitive information on a public forum. By doing so you give hackers free access to your site. You must change the password asap!

  Hi Liana,

  I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
