  I received that my website Diegohigh nutritional. Kitchen expires and will be renew. I don’t need this website any longer. I don’t even have access to the website. Please, delete website or contact me at (email visible only to moderators and staff) as soon as possible.

  You will need to remove paid upgrades by going to the Manage Purchases section in your account linked below:
  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  Let’s see if we can help you sort this out. Do you know the domain of the site you are trying to cancel upgrades for?

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.

  If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:
