  I am working on creating a website for our construction company. I purchased and uploaded the Nirman Construction Pro template assuming it would upload as the template I saw online so I would be able to replace their content with our company content/logos. However, it uploaded a blank template that I have no idea how to navigate. Someone please provide some assistance. Thank you.

  Hey Darnell,

  I think I figured out the issue, but now have another one. The testimonials section of my homepage prevents me from adding text or removing the section altogether, resulting in a blank space on my homepage.

  Is this something you can help with?

  Hi Colton! We still don’t have the URL of the site you are working on, which leaves us flying blind a bit.

  I see you have Ashcotx.com in your signature. But that site looks complete. Perhaps you are working on a site to replace that?

  That is the site I am working on. For some reason it was published before I was finished with design, and I am unsure as to how to take it down. If you haven’t noticed already, this is my first time making a website with no technical experience so I am struggling a bit.

  Ahh okay. So Ashcotx.com isn’t hosted here on our servers, and there’s little we can do from our end to help with it. It’s using a free copy of the WordPress software (the difference between that and our service is a bit like the difference between a recipe and a restaurant), so you’d want to use https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ for help instead, generally speaking.

  Probably your best bet would be to revert to your last theme, then use a staging instance, or contact support for the theme to see if they can help you get it up and going quickly. For what it’s worth, what I’m seeing now looks fine, so you might have already sorted it out. Good work there.
