  Is it possible to get back my website?

  The site I need help with is ontouregypt.wpcomstaging.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

  Hi there,

  That site is still in your account. But your Business Plan and domain, ontouregypt.com, expired earlier this year.

  We have two options: I can send you a link to pay for a new Business Plan. Once you pay we can restore the plan to your site, and then you’ll be able to re-register your domain. If you want to continue using plugins on your site, you will need the Business Plan.

  Or I can downgrade your site to the free plan. If we do this, you won’t be able to use any plugins any more, but otherwise your site will work normally again. Also note there’s a risk that any content added to your site after you first installed plugins can be lost during the downgrade process. We do our best to prevent this, but the risk is there, so I’ll need you to confirm you understand this before I can start the downgrade process.
