  I am unable to log on the back end of my website. The login link that I have It does not access my site I’m unable to see my orders .

  Hey hi hello!

  Could you share the URL of the website you’re referring to? Just to check that it’s under WordPress.com and make sure you’re in the right place!

  When this issue comes up, it’s not unusual to find that the website is hosted outside of WordPress.com (i.e. BlueHost, SiteGround, etc.) while using the open-source WordPress software.

  For such cases, it’s better to post in the WordPress.org forums for assistance. This is because the WordPress.com forums are mainly for supporting websites hosted on WordPress.com (a managed hosting service).
