  The site at everykitchentellsastory.com is hosted by hostgator and I assume is using the standalone WP software. You’ve posted your question in the forums for sites hosted on WordPressdotcom (the hosted version).

  For assistance with your above site, please contact your webhosting service or over at https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you can register one on that page.
