  My website is down for some reason and I don’t know why. Please let me know why it’s down.

  I keep getting this message whenever I tried to open my website.

  ‘There has been a critical error on this website.

  Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.’

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  http://www.mwaeszkx.com/ appears to use the WordPress software and is hosted with another company than WordPress.com. In order to get help with your website, we do suggest contacting either your host’s own customer support, or alternatively the community forums of WordPress.org:

  To clarify, there are two ways to use WordPress, you can either use the WordPress software downloaded from WordPress.org onto a web host (also known as self-hosted), or you may host your site with us here at WordPress.com.   I figured out the problem, I contacted namecheap.com and a they reset my website

  It wont allow me to activate themes for my website.

  Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host http://www.mwaeszkx.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting.

  To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.

  Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at Namecheap. As a result, we do not have access to your site and are not familiar with the source of your issue.

  You definitely have the option to move your site to us so we can provide in-house help, but as it stands now, we cannot help since it is hosted elsewhere.
