  Hello I created a website and it is very confusing as I show that my website that I want to post is https://wordpress.com/post/memberclose.wordpress.com/12
  But it keeps going to a different post :

  The sight that I was using was very confusing to being with so I had to create a new one.

  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there,

  I noticed that you have edited the “single” template, which you can see here by the pink dot and the “…” option listed on the far right: https://memberclose.wordpress.com/wp-admin/site-editor.php?postType=wp_template&canvas=view&sidebar=%2Ftemplates

  To clarify, the Single template is usually generic looking because it is the template that all blog posts on your site use. Essentialy the template is designed with a special block that allows it to display that specific blog post.

  In this case it looks like you edited the single template to convert it into a Roundtable Event page, and the issue is that because this was edited in the template, it is what shows for every blog post you publish on the site, the content that is intended for that post has now way to display itself.

  If you reset the Single Template (the option is under the “…” in the list view here) this will allow you to see the contents of your blog post correctly.

  Note that before you reset the template, it will be a good idea to copy the Roundtable info out of the template first (so it is not lost) and paste it into a page instead.
