hello, I am very frustrated.
I spoke on chat to someone a few weeks ago and we arranged to pay monthly for my janmayfield.com.
this didnt happen and my site went to the free one – losing all my hard work.
I have since paid for a year on premium and want my site to revert back please.
it is a mess!
the email was changed and that has reverted back to icloud which i can not access.
